Quality Tooling
In addition to plastic part production,OEM Outsourcing also operates an established tool building facility as well. This facility is able to build tooling for our own production or directly for the customer.
All tooling is built based on requirements and specifications from the customer and is provided at some of the best prices available anywhere.
Many of our customers require high precision thermoplastic parts. A good example would be the flow control industry where plastic parts used in valves and gauges require extremely tight tolerances to ensure that no leaking will occur.
We have two decades of experience molding parts with dimensional tolerances of as little as 1/1000 of an inch, and providing the consistent quality needed to make such a project viable.
